Background

In 2016, Sub-Deacon Jason completed a Bachelor of Theology, and in 2021 he completed the Master of Theology, both from St Andrew's Greek Orthodox Theological College.

Sub-Deacon Jason has extensive experience in Information Technology. Also, he has worked for 5 years as a Registrar at a Theological Seminary as well as casual lecturing in Biblical Studies.

On the Feast of the Dormition (14th of August) in 2019, he became a Sub-Deacon by the hand of H.E Metropolitan Basilios.

He is a long-standing active member of Sts. Michael and Gabriel parish and is the facilitator of the Catechumens and the Youth and Young Adults Group. In the past, at St Nicholas Church, he served as a Sunday School teacher for 5 years, and at St Mary's Mays Hill, he served in the youth group and choir.

Sub-Deacon Jason has also assisted in many positions at the Archdiocese level. Currently, he is the coordinator of St Paul's Orthodox Christian Education.

In November of 2011, he married Diana, and God has blessed them with two daughters, Christina and Sophia.
