Cut the pear in half lengthways. Dice one half and cut the other half lengthways into slices. 2 Place the oats, milk, honey and diced pear in a pan and simmer for 4–5 minutes, then transfer to 2 bowls. 3 Fan the pear slices on top of the porridge and drizzle over the vanilla tahini to serve.
