Dry on the palate with grapefruits, limes, green apples, white pepper, herbs and light earth. Tangy finish with limes and lemons. This is a nice Sauvignon Blanc from Côtes de Gascogne in the Loire. Nicely balanced with nice acidity, and feels very New World in style. Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. Showing mild complexity.
