Upwards of 400,000 Ukrainians are dead in shattered Ukraine from America's proxy war against Russia. We provoked it for 8 years before Russia invaded. It was on the brink of being ended in the first 2 months when the US told Ukraine to keep dying to "weaken Russia."
Back from war torn Ukraine, Democratic Senator Richard Blumenthal boasted Joe Taxpayer is getting his "money's worth" in Ukraine. Why? "For less than 3 percent of our nation's military budget, we've enabled Ukraine to degrade Russia's military strength by half … All without a single American service woman or man injured or lost." Apparently for Blumenthal those 400,000 dead Ukrainians are just collateral damage in deranged US lust to keep control of Europe without Russian influence.
Republican Senator Mitch Romney called our proxy war "The best national defense spending I think we've ever done. We're losing no lives in Ukraine, and the Ukrainians are fighting heroically against Russia. We're diminishing and devastating the Russian military for a very small amount of money … a weakened Russia is a good thing."
Public opinion (55%) has turned against more weapons to squander US treasure killing only Ukrainians. Bipartisan US war mongers are desperately shedding more Ukraine blood on the pig of perpetual US war to avoid the inevitable defeat of US hegemony in Europe…and likely worldwide.
