Balthazar, the iconic Covent Garden brasserie, has announced an exclusive collaboration with Picturehouse Entertainment, celebrating the release of the highly anticipated romance-filled French language film, 'The Taste of Things'.
Directed by the acclaimed Trân Ann Hùng, and winner of the Best Director at Cannes Film Festival 2023, the film will take viewers on a cinematic and captivating love story, told through the language of French gastronomy.
Ahead of its arrival in UK cinemas this Valentine's Day, iconic French restaurant, Balthazar, is delighted to launch a special 'Culinary Affair' menu inspired by dishes created in the film - for guests to enjoy throughout February.
The limited-edition menu will connect diners to pivotal moments in the film, allowing them to delight in flavours from the movie, alongside paired wines. Treat your loved one to a meal like no other at HUMO, a love-letter to wood fired cooking that uses different types of wood on a 4-metre-long grill, which is the focal point of the restaurant. The effortlessly stylish subterranean cocktail bar, Discount Suit Company, has introduced two limited edition Valentine's cocktails for the month of February in collaboration with Angel's Envy Bourbon.

This Valentine's Day, Hoppers, the award winning Sri-Lankan restaurant with restaurants in Soho, Marylebone and Kings Cross are bringing back their infamous 'Pink Hopper' for Valentine's Day.

Origin City is hosting a special sausage making masterclass, available for the first time on 14th February. Friends and couples alike can join the in-house butcher and head chef, and put their sausage making skills to the test in a fun 30-minute masterclass, using organic meat from the restaurant's farm, in Aryll, Scotland.

Guests are invited to experience a decadent six-course Valentine's Day tasting menu at The Pem, or upgrade for a full hotel and restaurant package, including the tasting menu, a stay at the hotel, and an indulgent Champagne breakfast in bed for those wanting to further elevate the experience for their loved one.
The proposed evening kicks off with a rendezvous at the Hedgerow Cocktail Bar, where couples can savour expertly crafted cocktails, before heading over for an exquisite Valentine's Day tasting menu in The Pem, lovingly curated by Chef Sally Abé. Available from 13th to 17th February, the menu showcases Sally's signature style celebrating the flavours and ingredients of classic British cuisine while using innovative techniques to give them a modern twist.
