A few things I noticed about baby boy with happiness today.
At Mini Maestros he was actually shaking the maraca when the adults were (usually he and the other bubs just stare at us in awe as we go shake shake shaking) and he stopped when the music stopped too! He even raised it in the air when the teacher raised her maraca up too!
He's been waving so much. Everytime I say we're going or someone is going somewhere, or we're turning off the tv, leaving the room, he will wave, and it's the cutest thing... he doesn't smile, he almost does like this involuntary wave, like is this what I'm meant to be doing? LOL, but his timing is on point.
And lastly, he was trying to actually put some of his shapes into the right spots on his toy. This I think is a huge one. I've been showing him where the shapes go for months and months now, so the fact that he's now trying to do it himself, speaks volumes.
Often we don't see the progress our kids make in a very out worldly way, but it's happening there, beneath the surface, simmering away...
